TRACO is a premier designer and manufacturer of commercial and residential windows and doors.  TRACO offers a complete line of custom-designed heavy commercial, commercial and residential rated windows, doors, storefront, entrances, sunrooms and impact resistant hurricane windows and doors. The company has four manufacturing facilities and is headquartered in Cranberry Township, PA.  TRACO manufactures products for retrofit, new construction and historic projects utilizing state-of-the art systems. The company’s capabilities include glass tempering, laminating, insulating; aluminum extruding, anodizing, and paint finishing; window assembly.

 

We have an opportunity available for an energetic, self-motivated Recruiter to play a key role in our Human Resources Department for our corporate office located in Cranberry Township, PA. This role would also include assisting our other facilities as needed.

 

Responsibilities: 

  Collaborate with hiring managers on short and long-term recruitment strategies designed to attract, hire and retain the best peopleEmploy cost-effective recruitment methods Develop/implement a consistent interviewing processCoordinate university recruitment program and represent company at off-site eventsTrack and report applicant activityAssist in new employee orientations and serve on related committees

 

Qualifications:

 BS degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources requiredTwo years experience in recruiting, employment and employee relations preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsGood assessment and analytical skillsExcellent computer skills – Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
