We are looking for a dynamic, self starter to join the Living Earth Crafts team at our extraordinary facility in Vista, CA This candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, an outgoing personality, and a good detail orientation.  The Corporate Sales/Customer Service Associate will become the junior member of a sales team, handling sales calls, customer service, order entry, shipping logistics, as well as some clerical tasks.  An ability to work independently is a must.

 

Position Requirements & Qualifications

 

-  Excellent oral, written and organizational skills

-  College degree preferred

-2-5 years sales/customer service experience a plus

-  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

-  Ability to deal professionally with customers

-  Shipping Quotes

-  Order Expediting

-  Data Entry

-  Outbound calls to existing customer base

-  Ability to handle customer complaints

-  Time Management

-  Reliable

-  Ability to understand customer needs

-  Accuracy

-  Willing to do light travel

-  Friendly

-  Positive attitude
