Corporate Tax Accountant - International

Are you looking to get out of public tax accounting into corporate tax accounting?  Are you looking for:  career growth potential; work-family life balance; growing company.  If these things are important to you – read on to find out more about an exciting opportunity to work for a growing company that is considered to be one of the top companies in Washington.  Company is located just outside Spokane, WA,  in one of the area’s most beautiful communities.  Easy access to outdoor activities and good schools. Responsibilities:  Assist Tax Director in preparation of worldwide tax provisions.  Assist in special projects/research.  Apply past experience with FAS109 to an exciting new global company.  Duties will include: preparation of consolidated income tax provision, SOX related compliance, accounting for stock based compensation under FAS123(R), review and update of uncertain tax positions pursuant to FIN48, and other income tax accounting duties. Requirements:    BA in Accounting or Finance. CPA (or CPA eligible) and/or Master in Taxation highly preferred. At least 2+ years progressive public and/or corporate accounting tax experience. Experience with publicly traded companies. Must have experience with FAS109; international tax; FAS 123(R); FIN48. Computer conversant (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel). Working knowledge of Oracle and Tax Stream preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
