A team of over forty design and development specialists develops all designs in-house. Fine Art Lamps is a vertical manufacturer making most of the principal components, in metalworking, glass blowing, resin casting and shades.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring that all credit information for new & existing accounts is gathered, updated & maintained within establised timelines. Input new and updated customer information for accurate order processing, credit extension, collection and reporting.   Ensures that all copyrights are filed and submits responses as necessary.  Gathers, maintains and organizes documentation to support legal administrator.

 

Experience required:

Associate's degree in business field plus 3-5 years experience.  Manufacturing background and credit experience a plus.Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. 

 

The ideal candidate must be self-driven, forward thinker, organized and be able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.  Excellent interpersonal skills along with a can do attitude.
