Curbell Plastics, Inc. is one of the nation’s premiere suppliers of plastic sheet, rod, tube, and related materials, supplying hundreds of plastics products from 16 distribution centers strategically located throughout the United States. Due to growth, we are seeking a career-minded Inside Sales Representative to support our Ashland, Virgina Team. The ideal candidate will have at least one or more years of experience in sales (preferably distribution sales) and possess excellent customer service, strong communication and organization skills.Responsibilities:* This position is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and growing existing accounts; pursuing targeted accounts, and providing product information pricing, and support to customers.* Develops a strong relationship with Customers; answers customer questions & inquiries, and resolves problems. Introduces new material to customers and educates them on use and applications.* Calculates, quotes, and negotiates price, delivery, and terms of sale; documents information on sales quotes for Outside Sales and Management. Follows up on existing quotes. Closes sales on existing and new business.* Using the SAP system, receives, reviews, verifies, and inputs Customer orders. Also responsible for open orders, order flow, customer stock and service levels.Communicates with Outside Sales, Purchasing and Management on new developments, sourcing, and key account information.Requirements:•An Associates or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent experience.•Three to five years of sales or marketing experience. •Knowledge of Plastics or Distribution helpful.Curbell is a well-established company who can offer you an attractive compensation and benefits package.
