Customer Account Representative - OSS

Bush Industries, Inc. is the world's product leader in the design, development, and manufacture of high-quality Ready-to-Assemble furniture for the business and home office markets.  Located in Jamestown in the beautiful western NY area, Bush Industries, Inc. operates in North America, Europe, and Asia. Bush Industries, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Customer Account Representative at its Corporate Office in Jamestown, NY.

 

DESCRIPTION:  Will be responsible for all communications and maintenance of one of our superstores account. Interfacing with sales directors and buyers is a key aspect of the position. 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:  Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service background in a manufacturing environment, 2 years college or related training preferred and ability to deal with stressful situations. Strong communication skills are needed for this position. Requires problem solving skills and strong Excel experience.  Expediting is done with the manufacturing, shipping and accounting departments.
