Customer Administrative Representative

Fuchs Lubricants Co. is the U.S. operating unit of the Fuchs Worldwide Group, the world's largest independent specialty lubricants manufacturer. Fuchs is constantly developing new products and services that are truly "leading edge". Fuchs Lubricants Co. is looking for a Customer Adminstrative Representative based out of Harvey, IL.

Responsibilities include:

-->Responsibilities include collecting all new customer set-up data

-->  Verifying customer purchase order information

-->  Setting up and maintaining customer's master data

-->Handling pricing administration and item proposals

-->  Taking incoming calls from customers, sales force and warehouse/manufacturing staff

-->  Communicating pricing variances

-->  Building and maintaining strong relationships with the regional sales force

-->  Working as a liaison for purchasing, manufacturing and sales force

-->Acting as a back up for other customer admin representatives

-->Acting as a company representative in company related matters

Qualifications:

-->  2-5 years customer service experience

-->  2+ years manufacturing/distribution experience

-->2+ years SAP or similar (may substitute a BA/BS from an accredited university for customer service, manufacturing/distribution and SAP experience)

-->  2+ years experience MS Office

-->Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to various software and Internet applications

-->Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment

-->Excellent verbal and solid written experience

-->Good grammar, voice and diction

-->Excellent problem solving and teamwork skills

-->  Ability to work with all levels within and outside the organization

-->  Must be able to work under pressure

-->Career minded and solid work ethics

-->Ability to handle challenging customers issues internal/external

-->  Ability and willingness to follow strict procedural guidelines

-->  BA/BS from an accredited university strongly preferred
