Customer Care Representative-FT and PT positions available

Our Customer Care Department, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Toano, VA, is seeking Full-time (1 pm to 10 pm) and Part-time (4 pm to 10 pm) Customer Care Representatives.

 

This position receives inbound calls and emails and successfully completes the sell of Lumber Liquidators’ samples and satisfies customer inquiries.  Representatives are responsible for informing customers of the status of orders, recording accurate information regarding service related complaints against store personnel and communicating the information effectively and efficiently to the regional and customer service manager, recording quality related needed for possible flooring inspections, processing all sample and internet orders on a daily basis, and accurately completing paperwork on a daily basis.

 

A High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and one to two years of work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.  Call Center experience is a plus.  Experience with Excel and Word and Internet savvy are required.  Experience with “instant messaging” applications helpful.
