My client in Tinton falls NJ is looking for a senior Customer Operations Analyst for a full time position.

 

The right candidate will experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.

Should have experience in detailed Financial and inventory Administration.

 JOB OUTLINE

Support the Customer Operations Manager in the timely and accurate management of demand planning, product procurement, inventory management, and customer price determination.

 

  QUALIFICATIONS

¨ Currently employed in a similar position, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry

¨ 3-5 years experience in detailed financial or inventory administration

¨ A heightened awareness of self-integrity

¨ Very detail oriented

¨ Excellent organizational & follow up skills

¨ An effective and forthcoming communicator at all levels of the organization

¨ A nimble negotiator with overseas manufacturers

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

¨ Education:  Undergraduate degree

¨ Computer Literacy: Windows XP, Office XP - Word; Outlook; Extensive Excel

Apprise software a plus

¨ Other Skills:  Ability to understand, create, and use Excel models of
business processes

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

¨ Monitor inventory movement and identify supply challenges to help ensure OTC customer order fulfillment metric

¨ Actively maintain AIM tool to accurately represent company’s active inventory position

¨ Routinely prepare RIP spreadsheet to accurately represent company’s inactive inventory position

¨ Assist with Procurement Plan creation to efficiently satisfy Sales Demand forecasts within company guidelines

¨ Support Direct Import operations

¨ Maintain Customer Pricing Analysis sheets to correctly represent all program elements and actual and forecasted sales

¨ Support Sales with routine pricing requests while ensuring company profitability

¨ Assist with non-routine pricing and new program element reviews

¨ Support Import Team as backup for most routine activities (communication with factory, PO creation, PO processing, freight forwarder communication, customs broker communication, etc.)

¨ Maintain and update Manufacturers Guide
