Customer Order Administrator

Agusta Aerospace Corporation (AAC), a division of Agusta Westland, the worlds leading international aerospace and helicopter manufacturer is searching for a Customer Order Administrator. We are strategically located next to the Northeast Philadelphia airport in northeast section of Philadelphia and immediately outside of lower Bucks County, PA.

 

On Tuesday, February 19, 2008 we celebrated a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by dignitaries, parent company executives and employees to commemorate the opening of our state of art AW139 manufacturing facility. In addition to the AW139 assembly, AAC is also responsible for A119 Ke production and supporting the expanding fleet of AgustaWestland helicopters in North and South America. This plant is also provides flight and ground course training activities.

Summary of Position:

 Reporting to the Materials Administration Supervisor performs the following duties and responsibilities:

·  Receive incoming customer telephone calls for placement of orders for aircraft spares, exchange components, special tools and equipment.

·  Provide customer assistance in researching the selection of the correct part number to meet requirements by coordinating the customer contact with Technical Services personnel.

·  Enters appropriate order information and processes customer orders to the warehouse shipment.

·  Provides customer with shipping information and delivery schedule on any back-ordered item.

·  Advises customer of changing status of back orders and upon receipt of items expedite shipments.

·  Provide price and availability to Agusta customers for aircraft spares, special tools and equipment.

 

A. Education: HS diploma or equivalent

 

B. Experience:  3 to 5 years administrative experience in progressive corporate background

 

C. Competencies & AttributesPrior experience in customer service or related administrative support positionHave a good phone presenceStrong written and oral communication skillsWell organized and adaptable with a flexible approachPresent a professional demeanor
