Customer Relations Specialist

About the Position:

 

We are a family owned business that has been in operation since 1939.  We are looking for candidates who enjoy working with global customers and who find satisfaction in helping them. This includes listening to the customer's needs, and suggesting solutions. However, the candidate’s most important role will be problem solving, resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.  

 

Qualifications:

 

Prior customer relations experience is a basic requirement. Experience with Microsoft CRM software is a plus, but not required. Candidates must be flexible to the needs of the business. This position requires the ability to provide outstanding customer service at all times with every customer. Candidates must be well-spoken and have excellent phone etiquette. 

 

Duties:

 

*Answering and resolving a high-volume of incoming phone inquiries from our retail accounts.

* Responding to customer inquiries by understanding issue; reviewing previous issues and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.

* Preparing for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.

*Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Customer Service, Knowledge of Microsoft CRM a plus, Proficient in MS Outlook, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking, Excellent Attendance.
