Customer Service AssistantThis position is designed to assist the Account Managers in their daily functions and to prepare the employee to become an Account Manager. The CSA will work with Account Managers to complete print jobs and assist in the day-to-day functioning of the department so that it can perform most productively. This position also involves interaction with multiple internal and some external contacts through which the CSA will gather information to put jobs through the plant. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This position provides support for the Customer Service department. Assistants will be assigned to a particular team but should be willing and able to assist members of other teams as needed. This position also includes a minimal amount of support for the Human Resources department and executive staff. This position is directly responsible for the following:1. Provide clerical support for Account Managers, including planning & scheduling department events, distributing weekend availability, monitoring mailing reports, managing department mailings, managing the departments spaces and supplies, etc.2. Provide back-up coverage for Account Managers when they are unavailable or out of the office3. Complete Account Managers manufacturing instructions including run sheets, shipping instructions, paper order forms, etc.4. Fully manage the equivalent of one average active title 5. Provide back-up coverage for the front desk when receptionist is unavailable6. Manage customer fidelity database and customer satisfaction survey tool. 7. Assist with other duties as neededQualifications1. Associates Degree in Graphic Arts, equivalent degree or equivalent experience2. Excellent project management skills with an aptitude for a high level of detail3. Intermediate level user of MS Office Suite4. A positive, team-oriented attitude and should exhibit the professionalism expected of one who has regular customer contact5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills7.
