Customer Service - Production

Newark, NJ manufacturer of specialty products seeks an entry level Customer Service person in a growing company.  This position requires energy for day-to-day activies of a manufacturing plant front office.  Initial point of contact for all incoming client requests and issues; answer calls and maintain records.  Achieve customer satisfaction via accurate and timely response to customer needs. Interface with Sales and Marketing and Production in order to process requests and communications in the best interest of our customers.  Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.  Track, manage and communicate maintenance sample requests, special orders and out bound shipments.  www.grignard.com
