 Respond to customer requests via phone, fax and e-mailWork closely with field sales and authorized distribution to manage accountsUnderstand customer applications and needsProcess orders, samples and expeditesProvide price and delivery informationBe proactive in soliciting new orders/applicationsWork to obtain knowledge of products and manufacturing methodsPromote products and servicesFollow up on customer inquiresRecognize, document and alert management of trends/issues with customersRecommend and help implement process improvements

 B.S. degree in Engineering/Marketing/Business Administration Technical or engineering background preferredExcellent communication skills and good mechanical aptitudeSelf-starter, enthusiastic, confidentExcellent listening skills and attention to detailComputer literateTeam-oriented
