Customer Service Representative - Bi-lingual French / English

BSH Home Appliances Corporation, the World's Third Largest Manufacturer of home appliances, with leading edge high end quality appliances with brands like, Bosch, Gaggenau, Siemens & Thermador is seeking a Full Time Bilingual French & English Speaking Customer Service Representative to work in our Call Center located in our Corporate Office in Huntington Beach, Ca.Qualified candidates must speak bilingual French & English.Qualified candidates must have previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.Must be a High School Graduate.Must be proficient in Microsft Office.Typing with a minimum of 25 words per minute.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages are necessary.Professional telephone etiquette and ability to resolve customer issues effectively, while working in a high volume environment is a must.Qualified candidate must have flexibility in the hours / days that they will be able to work.
