Customer Service Representative:  Prepare and process customer orders.  May provide part numbers, pricing, and lead-time for items.  Research requests to meet customer requirements.  May coordinate return of material and follow-up on supplier activity.

QualificationsAn Associate's Degree will be considered with a minimum of three years of technical experience (hydraulics or mechanics) with at least two years in a sales or service capacity ORA Bachelor's Degree candidate could find challenge and long-term career success within Altec, and new grads will be considered.  Some customer service, sales experience or manufacturing background through internships or part-time work is required.  If you have enjoyed these roles, this could be the entry-level job for you.  A mechanical aptitude and interest is required.Computer skills required
