Customer Service Representatives Needed

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Reps to join our team.  The right candidate will be responsible for the customer account ownership relating to the assigned account load.  Serves as a liaison between an Order Entry Representative and the Customer Service Manager for daily operations of the department including problem solving and elevated customer issues. This includes supporting customers request in a timely and efficient manner, working with the sales force and supporting groups to ensure all issues are communicated.  Strong background in traditional call center is a “mustâ€�.  Exp with heavy inbound and outbound calls. A successful Customer Service Rep will understand the departments’ processes and procedures and will strive to apply them to ensure consistency within the organization.  This position will report to the Customer Service Manager. Min 1-3 years experience in customer service preferably in call center environment. REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2-5 years experience in customer serviceEnsure that customer requirements are met including order processing, order inquires, complaints/disputes, sales promotions, timely deliveries and product information.Communicate issues and resolutions in a timely manner to the appropriate personnel.Build a rapport with Tech Lighting key customers.Manage and build effective working relationship with our sales force.Continuously seek opportunities to set us apart from our competitors by improving operating efficiencies and providing top-quality service to all internal and external Tech Lighting customers.Perform all other duties as assigned by management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, follow-through, data entry, and proof- reading skills: professional telephone skills; ability to adapt to fast pace environment.

 

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Some College experience or equivalent related work experience required. Computer literate including Microsoft office applications and JD Edwards experience.
