Leading Manufacturer of Entry Systems, Data Access Networks and currency changers for the unattended car wash and parking lot industries is currently looking for 2 qualified Customer Service/Technical Support Technicians.



Leading candidate would have the following qualifications:



• Excellent Phone Skills

• Great Attitude

• Excellent Computer Skills

• Computer Networking Capabilities a Plus

• Solid Electronics Background

The leading candidate must be proficient with Microsoft® products such as, Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

A+ and N+ Certifications will be required. If the candidate does not currently have them, they will be required to obtain them once on the job.

The candidate should have a background in electronics and computer networking. He/She must have the ability to analyze a situation as it occurs on the phone with a customer. The candidate must also know how to use basic electronic tools, such as, meters, scopes, and network ringers.



The candidate must also have the ability to convey information to a client over the phone to help them resolve a technical issue.



The leading candidate must be available to work flexible hours between 8am and 9pm during the week and weekends.

 

Starting schedule would be Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 during training period.

 

Work schedule after training would include Tuesday - Saturday or Wednesday - Sunday.

 

 

Starting Pay $12.00 per hour.
