Springer Industrial is seeking a Equipment Service repair person . Springer Industrial is a 21-year-old industrial distributor specializing in providing solutions for the paint & powder finishing industry.

 

Key manufactures that are represented are  3M, Binks, DeVilbiss, Col-Met, Gema, Graco, Kremlin, Ransburg, Spray Systems, 

 

 

Title: Service (repair, technical support)

 

Job Description: The service person will be responsible for the job functions listed. He/She will be required to multi-task several duties during the day. This person must be able to meet deadlines, work accurately and function in a team environment. 

 

Job Functions:

  Customer Equipment Repair & Service Customer phone calls Order entry placement Paint mixing & color match Shipping & receiving Inventory replenishment and counts Will call desk response

 

Qualifications:

Eligible Candidates will have experience / skills in several of the following areas.

 

·  2 year college degree or Technical School Equivalent (engineering, industrial distribution, industrial manufacturing

·  5 years experience in equipment repair and trouble shooting service

·  Mechanical aptitude

·  Experiencein electrostatic liquid or powder equipment

·  Industrial paint experience (mix, match, warehouse)

·  Excel & MS Word, email correspondence competent

·  Excellent commutation & interpersonal skills

·  Fluent in Spanish (reading & speaking) is a plus

·  Good planning and organizational skills

·  Dependable & prompt
