About the Position : We are searching for a Client Support Manager with a technology/internet background to lead our customer service department. We believe those with a computer/technical background have the problem solving, logic, and troubleshooting skills needed to perform this position. This person will also assist in developing the business operations and processes for departments across the organization.

Requirements : Professional, highly organized, efficient, multi-tasking capable. At least 1+ year of customer support management experience. High-level computer/internet knowledge and savvyness. Written and verbal communication skills (spelling and grammar). Prior tech support (help desk) experience preferred.

Responsibilities : Building, managing, and leading a customer support department, including incoming email & phone support issues, claims handling, light in-bound sales, shipping & logistics supervision, and general office work.
