Customer Support Technician

A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Technician to join a manufacturing Company of precision fastening equipment based in Westchester County.  This position requires traveling throughout North America.

 

The position responsibilities include providing mechanical and electrical control tool repair services to our customers and processing quotes and sales orders, will provide professional and technical support to end users and function as a problem solver in identifying parts for orders, quotes, and repairs, resolve customer inquiries while maintaining customer satisfaction.

 

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience in machine repair, strong computer skills and the ability to handle conversations with internal and external customers with tact and understanding. 

 

Experience and familiarity with electrical schematics and wiring, PLC programming and code diagnosis, pneumatics and hydraulics a plus.

 

All applicants should be mechanically inclined, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in their work habits, must have a valid and clean drivers license and be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
