$150,000 TO $200,000

To be considered for this position, a combination of either a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree or MBA and SPHR is required, along with current standing as a Vice President or Divisional Director of HR positions that includes extensive manufacturing experience for a company of at least $500MM that is multi-divisional & global in scope. Kaizen certification is necessary. Both union & non-union experience is required, including union negotiation experience.
