Database Manager

Database Manager to $65K for an international jewelry manufacturer and retailer in the West Broward area.  This position reports to the VP of Marketing.

 

This is a direct hire position and is available immediately!  The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:Download or use download information coming from different sources to create an integrated database marketing warehouseDownload, merge, and purge information about existing and potential clients, socio-demographic info, purchase behavior info and perform append with other external database to complete client’s profileMaintain historical data about direct marketing communication for each client and put in place process and rules for lapsed client or not responsive to direct marketing effortPrepare mailing or invitation lists based on request, recommend criteria, validate information with his client, produce the list including label format or mailing formatOrganize the mailing, follow-up shipping, prepare response rate and ROI analysis for each direct marketing activities, and post-mortem follow-up in collaboration with Public Relations department for each eventsProduce reports on a monthly basis

REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field5-10 years of database management experience in development, maintenance database and CRMLuxury market knowledge or background a plusExperience in database analysis and CRM managementExcellent communication skills (oral and written)Excellent knowledge of CRM on one of the following platform:  ACT!, Maximizer, Siebel, Onyx or any other pertinent toolExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Bilingual French and English a strong plus
