Deduction Analyst/Returns Coordinator

A Manufacturing Company located in Essex County, New Jersey is searching for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator with responsibilities as follows:

 

- Analyze customer returns to deductions

- Process/maintain credits for returned product

- Verify and issue credit for defective allowance

- Reconcile credits with deductions

- Prepare chargeback letters for denied claims

- Contact customers for payback of individual claims(charge backs)

- Review monthly aged chargeback report for reconciliation

- Assist Deduction Manager with special projects

- Assist the Credit & Collections team

- Account Reconciliation

- A/R days outstanding analysis

 

Qualified candidates will possess:

 

- 1+ years of experience

- Knowledge of general accounting concepts

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

- Good communications, organization, and analytical skills
