Director Human Resources - $1B Manufacturer

Our client a $1B manufacturer is seeking an experienced human resource professional to join their organization as a Director of Human Resources.  The Director Human Resources with report to the VP HRand will provide employee relations and labor relations support to the company's corporate office and plant network. Ideal candidates will possess 8 plus years broad based human resource experience including significant experience supporting manufacturing and operations client groups.  Candidates should possess superior direct experience in employee relations, staffing, and training. Prior specific experience with labor relations would be a strong plus.  Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should be "self starters" with high energy levels able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.An attractive compensation package will be awarded to the successful candidate including both an attractive base salary, incentive bonus, and equity participation.Interested locally based candidates should forward resumes to NJSEARCH1@aol.com
