Schoeneck Containers, Inc., a progressive manufacturer located in a southwestern suburb of Milwaukee, is seeking a hands-on Human Resources professional to lead programs covering:  recruitment, communications, legal and government compliance, benefits, internal relations, safety and wellness, succession planning, counseling, education, and social events.

 

Responsibilities include continuously monitoring and implementing policies and practices in all areas of Human Resources leadership.  Ensures legal compliance with government laws and regulations covering the areas of OSHA, EEOC, safety, employment, wage and hour, worker’s compensation, FMLA, and plan administration for health and 401(K) plans.  The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work with a diverse workforce and be able to multi-task.

 

The selected candidate will be a high-energy problem solver/achiever, well organized, detail oriented, and goal oriented.  The highest level of organizational trust, work standards, and ethics are essential to support SCI Vision, Mission, and Culture Statements.

 

Qualified candidates will have a related degree and 5 years of experience leading a H.R. department.  Advanced professional certifications and/or MBA would be definite assets.
