Director, Sales

Corporate Express Document & Print Management, (?CEDPM?) is a leading provider of computer business forms, forms management and related services, pressure sensitive labels, and direct mail products through a national network of manufacturing, sales and distribution locations. We are seeking a dynamic sales manager with printing industry experience to fill our Director of Sales position for our Southeast Sales Division located in Austell, Georgia reporting to the East Region VP of Sales. This position is accountable for developing strategies and directing division sales to ensure the attainment of sales revenue, profit, and market penetration growth objectives. The sale of CEDPM products and service may include forms management services including web based management solutions, stock and custom forms, pressure sensitive labels and direct mail products. Key Objectives ? Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets for all product lines related to the division?s sales plans. ? Direct the operational activities of the division in a manner which will ensure that a cohesive and productive sales team is established and maintained in order to achieve division goals. ? Identify, hire, and retain qualified sales professionals. Establish a managed approach with account representatives in the division to ensure time and territory efficiency of all sales personnel. Motivate staff to ensure sales revenue growth and attainment of profit objectives. Monitor sales team performance and communicate results to individuals, teams, the division, and the Region Sales Vice President. ? Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all CEDPM products and CEOP Lines of Business products and services in order to effectively prepare proposals and sell a total account philosophy provided by the Company. ? Ensure the highest levels of customer care. Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships through timely follow-up of customer requests and concerns and by demonstrating the highest standards of business ethics. ? Review/analyze reports on sales quotas, margins, expenses, etc. to identify areas requiring action and to ensure that financial and administrative objectives of the division are achieved. RequirementsEducation:? BS/BA degree in business administration, marketing or related field.Experience:? 6-8 years sales management experience in the forms printing, pressuresensitive label, or related industry including direct sellingknowledge and financial / customer service aspects of sales administration.Experience with multi-line products, the direct mail industry and manufacturingwould be a plus.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:? Strong business, operations and technology acumen? Demonstrated successful sales experience? Ability to lead, motivate and manage sales personnel for results? Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills? Ability to relate to customer needs and services? Computer literacy including competency related to MS Windows-basedapplications?
