Director, Staffing - supercharge your resume (and career) helping lead 3 major initiatives

This position offers you the opportunity to play a key role at the intersection of three major initiatives, adding highly valuable accomplishments to your resume. You will help us (1) establish new processes and procedures, (2) continue the integration efforts of a recent acquisition that will nearly double our size, and (3) move our corporate headquarters from New Jersey to California. The role involves both staffing and employee relations, and if you don't already have experience with ER, you'll acquire it. JM Eagle offers stability in an unpredictable economy: in addition to being the world's largest manufacturer of PVC pipe, we have a diverse, recession-resilient product portfolio.

You will coordinate a major staffing initiative with a goal of bringing on about 130 people for our relocated corporate headquarters in 90 days, and also mentor local HR Coordinators and Managers in our 22+ facilities around the country regarding staffing and ER. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have significant staffing experience, including staffing against tight deadlines in transitional or start-up environments. You also will need to the ability to coach and mentor others; a broad background in ER and/or organizational development is a strong plus.
