Director of Accounting

Parker & Lynch is assisting a client in the Triangle area in the search for an Accounting Director to oversee the North America Shared Services.  The person will have complete responsibility for general ledger and the subsequent financial reporting.  This role will work closely with corporate, treasury, cost and shared services management to define/implement accounting policies and procedures in order to improve consistency and efficiency.  Ideal candidates will have experience in senior leadership roles with groups of at least 5-6 accounting professionals, experience in a corporate shared services organization, and experience in mergers/acquisition integration.  SAP/Hyperion are strongly preferred, and a CPA is required.  Interested candidates should forward resumes and salary histories to joseph.fields@parkerlynch.com .
