About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented individual to lead our outstanding engineering staff in the design, testing, and development of new and existing products and components; develop departmental strategies; prepare budgets, determine project feasibility, and control expenses. This position is also a member of Senior Management, reports to our V.P./General Manager, and will be involved in the company's overall business strategy and operations. 

 

 

Qualifications:

·  5+ years minimum experience in HVAC, Condensing Technology, or Hydronics. Knowledge of approval agency requirements and rating codes.

· Superior engineering design skills and product development experience. Strong computer experience with AutoCAD or Solid Works.

·Capable of managing people, projects, and budgets, include planning, developing policies, delegation, and on-time project delivery. Track record of maintaining high-quality standards and implementing quality initiatives.



·BS in Mechanical Engineering; graduate degree preferred.
