Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Contact Information Reference Code: 1870 Job Description Director of Latin American Water Growth Initiative Pentair Water is looking for a strong leader with initiative and drive to take over the role of Director of Latin American Water Growth Initiative.  This is a high visability position with potential to become a key leader on the Pentair Water team. What you can do for us: Develop business plans and identify financially  viable opportunities to expand Pentair Water's sales in Latin America.  Become the market expert by gathering information about cusomters and market trends, segmenting customers and prioritizing implementioan of marketing concepts. Lead the communications and branding strategy by developing advertising and promotiona programs to generat brand equity and increase sales. support the sales team's efforts in pricing management, sales/channel management and in execution of the quote-order-shipment-collection process. Establish a support infrastructure for the Water Sales teams throughout Latin America to leverage in concert with their divisional support. Build marketing, customer service, credit and training capabilities to equip the field sales team to gain revenue. Define the resource requirements for eventually building a support team for Latin America Water. Enable sales groth by trasforming Pentair inot an "easy to do business with company" via interation with customers, sales teams and individual businesses. What we would like to see from you: Ten years of Sales/Marketing experience in Latin America (specifically with distribution managment background) Knowledge of Latin American markets (Water experience a plus) Technical and engineering acumen a plus Fluent written and oral skills in English and Spanish required Work experience in a multi-national organization (preferably a decentralized org with multiple divisions) Management of large distribution accounts Strong communications skills to deal with all levels of the organization and divisions.
