View our products and more company information at http://www.lentexcorp.comWe are currently seeking candidates for the position of Director of Manufacturing for our North Walpole manufacturing facility. This key technical management position holds primary responsibility for company technical initiatives as well as oversight of manufacturing operations.  This position is responsible for driving the evolution and growth of existing vinyl and non-vinyl wallcovering product lines through research, vendor participation, testing and application trials; provides engineering and cost analyses needed to plan and prioritize capital expenditures; manages QA procedures and safety program management.  This position is also responsible for planning and directing of all manufacturing objectives, policies and initiatives, managing operating costs and staff supervision.

 

We are seeking an experienced manager with 8+ years progressive converting industry experience, preferably film or paper coating or extrusion or decorative printing.  BS Chemistry preferred, or related discipline.  Technical knowledge of gravure printing and coating; supervision, leadership and management skills and working knowledge of safety program requirements procedures (NH DOL, OSHA) desired.
