Director of Marketing, Education Systems

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, EDUCATION SYSTEMS

Responsibilities include working with Extron Product Marketing and Product Development teams to determine new product development strategies and priorities including marketing communications, advertising, tradeshows, web presence and market development for the Education market segment including public and private K- 12 schools, community colleges, and higher education institutions.

Qualified Candidates will have:

* BA or BS Degree (transcripts required)
* Extensive marketing skills and experience with technology products as used in schools and education environments
* Ability to formulate and execute company marketing plans designed to increase sales, market share, product awareness and customer loyalty
* Experience creating and implementing advertising and promotional programs in accordance with corporate guidelines
* Experience developing and evaluating effectiveness of short and long term marketing strategies, product positioning, promotional programs and product launches
* Excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal)
* Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
