Director of Planning

This opportunity provides 401k match, six figure salary plus quarterly and annual bonuses and a Company car. This high-level candidate has complete ownership and responsibility for the strategic planning, budgeting and consolidation process:SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain the five-year long-range plan, incorporating the financial impacts of company strategies and initiatives Responsible for all budgeting, financial planning, modeling, and financial decision-support functions for Company Responsible for the continuous improvement of planning and forecasting systems Responsible for presenting the company annual budget Responsible for the consolidation, reporting and analysis of the annual budget and monthly forecastsMINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.  MBA preferred. Ten years experience (or demonstrated proficiency) in development of budgets, forecasts, modeling and analysis for large, complex business. Relevant industry experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial organization. Effective influencer and communicator.  Experienced at presenting to high levels of management.
