Director of Premium/ Incentive Sales

Mag Instrument, Inc. the highly successful manufacturer of the Mag-Lite® family of flashlights and one of the leading flashlight brands in the world has an immediate opportunity for a Director of Premium/ Incentive Sales to join our growing enterprise.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·  Managing our ASI suppliers, distributors and National Accounts,

·  Strategic planning to identify growth markets and maximize opportunities within existing customer base as well as with new potential accounts,

·  Member of Corporate Sales and Marketing Team.

 

Qualified candidates will have:

 Candidate must have 10 - 12 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in Premium/Incentive, Corporate Gift, and ASI Market. Experience in promotional marketing, providing promotional products (programs to stimulate sales, motivate employees, and strengthen corporate identity). Team player with strong analytical skills.Ability to build relationships and close sales.

·  Excellent organizational, interpersonal and written communication skills are a must.

·  Extensive travel to customer locations, trade shows, etc. is required.

·  Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, E-mail and Internet.

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field a plus.

 

The position is based at our Corporate Headquarters located in Ontario, California. We are ideally located within easy driving distance to the mountains, desert, and beaches.  Our Salaries are very competitive and we offer a great benefits package that includes three different medical plans, dental, vision, profit sharing and 401(k).
