Director of Quality Assurance

Midwest Products and Engineering, Inc has focused on custom cart design for over 20 years to provide mobility solutions to leaders in the medical equipment and electronics industries.  Our products and services have kept pace with their rapidly changing technologies and industry needs.  Our success is indicated by the 150 employees working at our location in Northwest Milwaukee. 

 

We are currently looking for a Director of Quality Assurance to align our quality initiatives with our long-term business goals.  This position is a highly visible position within our organization and works closely with our Executive team and our global OEM customers to meet their product expectations.

 

This position will provide vision and leadership to our Quality team by implementing and maintaining processes to deliver quality products on a timely basis while maintaining our competitive edge.  This position interfaces with key customers and oversees all audits related to quality including customer audits, ISO recertification audits and internal audits. 

 

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement programs, be a strong team builder and have a collaborative approach to resolving problems.  Bachelor degree in a related field and at least 10 years of quality management experience is preferred.
