Distribution Center Supervisor

Senco Products, Inc., a leading international manufacturer and marketer of power fastening systems for the building products, industrial, and construction markets, has an excellent opportunity for a Distribution Center Supervisor in the Rancho Cucamonga, California area (southern CA).

 

Responsibilities:  Individual will be responsible for all administrative and operational activities within a full-service field distribution center.  Responsible for performance management in all areas of the distribution center, including individual and staff productivity and outside vendor relationships.  Accomplishes appropriate and required personnel actions.  Arranges schedules and processes to facilitate an efficient and organized workflow.  Maintains a clean and organized distribution center free of unnecessary hazards.

 

Requirements:  The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree with previous warehouse management experience preferred. Emphasis in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Industrial Engineering is a plus.  Past job performance must have demonstrated the ability to deal effectively with all levels of personnel.  Previous group leader or supervisory experience desirable. Warehouse Management System experience helpful.
