Job Skills:
The District Manager (Houston, TX) is responsible for top mechanical and refrigeration contractor sales and support and territory analysis.Obtain commitments from contractors to convert to Emerson Products.Obtain stocking commitments from wholesalers for Emerson products.Training of wholesalers and contractors on Emerson products.Forecasting new and existing business.Use of CRM tools to track activities and actions.Coordinate efforts with other Emerson divisions to increase sales.

This position is bonus eligible.

Requirements:
BSME or BSEE plus 5 years HVAC/R experience selling to contractors and wholesalers.

Copeland, Flow, Motor, Browning and Ventilation product knowledge.

Good presentation skills.

Sales process proficiency and closing skills.

MS Office proficiency.

Up to 50% travel required.
