We are currently seeking an experienced District Service Manager for our District 4 territory.



This position encompasses the following :

Handle all service related activities within a District in the NAD Truck and Trailer division. Overall revenue, dealers, and customers vary by location. Manage Commercial Policy budget based on District and Region objectives. Initiate and manage customer campaigns and service upgrades for customers within district. Identify current service issues and provide data to engineering.

Identify and implement solutions to specific product problems of end user and dealer customers relating to the use of Thermo King truck and trailer products. Work as liaison between the dealer/customer and the TK service department
Provide expert technical advice and instruction regarding the installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of Thermo King products to authorized dealers, end users, and OEM’s.
Monitor and enforce dealer compliance with the authorized dealer agreement as it relates to service issues.
Negotiate, approve, or deny policy settlements to claims by customers and dealers relating to Thermo King truck and trailer products.
Work with dealers to improve our service network. This includes overseeing dealer technician certification, improving service capabilities, increasing customer base and mitigating competition as identified by crown performance.



Qualifications :

Ability to work with customers and dealers to improve relationships that will result in incremental business.
Minimum 5 years experience with mechanical refrigeration working in a related industry.
Working knowedge of Microsoft Office applications and the use of a laptop computer.
Some college or technical school required.
Business acumen, strong communication, negotiation and technical skills required.
Bilingual - English/Spanish fluency a plus.
3 - 4 days a week travel required.
Must be willing to live within district: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina
