We offer a continual focus on training and development and a financially sound company in a growing industry.  We are currently looking to add a Document Control Administrator to our Milwaukee Headquarters.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Act as central source for all controlled procedural documentation and the controlled forms related to these procedures

· Control and issue all corporate documents

· Review and revise each document submitted and follow through to publication

· Maintain controlled indexes of each manual and required history files

· Track approval cycle, handle follow-up correspondence, additional revisions and re-submittal

· Update corporate manuals

· Interact with cross-functional teams and many management levels

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in electronic document retention and computerized file management

· Excellent analytical and organizational skills

· Able to work independently yet interact with all levels of the organization

· Great communication skills

· Able to prioritize and be self-motivated

· Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with high level of attention to detail

· Excellent Access, Excel and Word skills

 

DESIRED:

· Quality (ISO) experience

· FileMaker Pro, Microsoft Project or FrontPage experience

· Bachelors degree
