ENGINE MECHANIC

We currently have openings for Engine Mechanics at our San Diego facility.

 

This position will have the following responsibilities:

· Perform assembly and disassembly of various gas turbine engine sub -assemblies, accessory units, and driven equipment.

· Utilize all types of precision measuring equipment.

· Perform balancing of rotating parts and assemblies.

· Perform various instrumentation installation and removal.

· Working knowledge of turbo machinery products.

 

Qualifications:

· The ideal candidate will be experienced in tear down, assembly, and troubleshooting gas turbine engines.

· High school graduate plus 4 years experience is desirable.

· Be able to perform work using blueprints, SFIS, photographs and various written or verbal engineering instructions.

· The applicant must have the ability to work in a teaming environment with an emphasis on ISO compliance, safety, and quality.
