KAYDON CORPORATION, Bearings Division, a leading international supplier of high quality custom-engineered bearings for a broad and diverse market base, is seeking Engineers for various locations.

 

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER – Muskegon, Michigan

Candidates must possess a BS in mechanical engineering.  The ideal candidate will have a high degree of mechanical and technical aptitude and have three to four years of product development and design experience, preferably in the bearing industry.  This position will be responsible for application and design engineering (concept, product development and design) of new and existing products. Knowledge of anti friction bearing applications is highly desirable.  Ability to work closely with sales and marketing and communicate at all levels of the organization is required.

 

MANUFACTURING ENGINEERS – Mocksville, NC and Sumter, SC

Candidates must possess a BS in mechanical engineering/manufacturing technology, or equivalent, with one to three years of industrial manufacturing experience.  The ideal candidate will have process and manufacturing experience in the metal removal and grinding industry, with preferred background in grinding and abrasives.  Working knowledge of setup reduction and machine tool technology is desired.
