EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Conley, Lott, Nichols of Texas, Inc. (CLN) located in Irving, Texas has been servicing the construction equipment industry in North Texas for more than 70 years. CLN is the Bobcat Compact Construction dealer at 6 of our North Texas locations. Bobcat is the industry leader in compact construction equipment with products such as: Skid-Steer Loaders, Track Loaders, Mini Loaders, Excavators, Loader Backhoes and Utility Vehicles.

We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

 

Maintain President’s calendar

Answer and screen President’s telephone calls

Develop & compose correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested

Anticipate the President’s needs and proactively address issues

Coordinate corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Organize company events such as meetings, sales events, dinners, etc.

Ability to deal with and maintain highly confidential matters

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organization and analytical skills

Able to work with minimal supervision
