Educational Technology Reporting Analyst

The Educational Technology Reporting Analyst will be responsible for data gathering, analysis and reporting activities for the UTC Learning and Development (L&D) organization. Responsible for the preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly reports on various L&D programs, ensuring high levels data accuracy and customer satisfaction. In addition, the Educational Technology Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the development and on-going maintenance of a reporting environment to enable L&D staff as well as L&D customers to produce ad-hoc and canned reports as well as the creation of standard work documentation of all reporting processes.
The position requires demonstrated ability of creating tools for data extraction, data analysis and reporting. Strong working knowledge of Access, Excel and other MS Office applications required. Knowledge of Visual Basic and SQL required. Experience with of SQL Server 2005 administration and Reporting Services preferred. Support L&D's ACE Gold certification.

Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field

Minimum of five years of experience in a reporting analyst role
