" Electronics manufacturing process troubleshooting and floor support to include: o Surface Mount Technology screen printing, pick & place and reflow soldering.o Thru Hole component Wave Soldering and slide line hand assemblyo Aqueous Wash and cleanliness evaluation.o Hand soldering and minor mechanical assembly." Evaluation of defective electronics assemblies comprising of digital, analog, and power supply circuitry. " Generation of technical work instructions for electronics assembly and rework" Subcontractor / supplier technical support for rigid and flexible printed circuit board suppliers, electronics assembly contract manufacturers, wire harness contract manufacturers." Printed wiring board CAD support for schematic design, PCB layout, component footprint creation and manufacturing tooling generation." 3-5 years manufacturing engineering / electronics experience preferred but candidate dependent."
