Electrical Operations and Maintenance Lead

The Electrical Operations and Maintenance Lead will report to the Plant Manager.

 

Position requires a thorough knowledge of industrial electricity, industrial controls and electrical preventative maintenance.

 

Job Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years of experienceTroubleshoot and program PLC’s (Allen Bradley, GE, Opto)Ability to read electrical diagrams and ladder logicFamiliar with pneumatic devices and controlsTroubleshoot and program  robotsGood understanding of weld controllers and HMI’sComputer skillsAbility to lead and direct a small team

 

Preferred: Ability to perform light welding; ability to operate fork truck, OSHA certification.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operate and maintain state of the art automated robotic welding, electro-plating and material handling systemsAid in the development and implementation of new equipment and processes to support  manufacturing Plan an integral role in the development and installation of plant wide maintenance monitoring and control systemsWork within cross functional teams and assist others to meet overall objectives
