Electro-Mechanical Production Technician

Responsibilities include:

Troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, make repairs as required, Interpret statistical data, maintain logs and appropriate documentation, continuously seek to improve efficiency of machines and production operations, ensure quality and timeliness of parts production, and instruct associates in proper operation and care of equipment.

Some of the requirements include:

· An Associate Degree in an applicable technology with one or more years experience in an automated manufacturing environment or greater than 2 years of practical experience.

· Demonstrate excellent technical aptitude in the areas of electrical and mechanical theory, including PLC’s and a working understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. 

· Must be willing to take a proactive approach to maintenance, and have the ability to use, setup, and maintain systems that track Maintenance performance in the areas of Spare Parts, PM’s, Problem / Root Cause analysis.
