Become an integral part of the Index Product/Process Design Group as we continue to strengthen our technical team. The primary focus of this position is to ensure 100% uptime of the manufacturing and facilities processes. This will be accomplished by developing, sustaining, troubleshooting and repairing process control equipment and overall facilities support. In addition, participate in team efforts in design, prototyping, testing and qualification of manufacturing processes and process equipment to support our current and future lines of industrial controls, sensors and switches.

 

Requirements:  A technical degree is preferred, 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Strong hands-on problem solving skills are a must. PLC programming skills are a bonus. Must be able to get along well with others and be a strong communicator in our respectful, courteous workplace.
