Electronic Repairman

Electronic/System Repairman ATI Allegheny Ludlum, an operating company of Allegheny Technologies (NYSE: ATI), manufactures and markets a wide range of flat rolled specialty metals, including stainless steel, nickel alloys, titanium and electrical steels to global end use markets such as aerospace, power generation, automotive and housing. Our goal is to safely deliver exceptional value to our customers, suppliers, employees and shareholders. We are currently seeking an Electronic/System Repairman at our Latrobe, PA facility.Requirements:  Have a valid driver’s license Have at least 5 years of experience in electronic maintenance including motors, controls, power supplies, AC/DC theory, power distribution, computer and Programmable Logic Controllers, etc. OR possess an Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related curriculum with relevant work experience. Be able to inspect and troubleshoot electrical/electronic malfunctions and instruct electrical repair crews, serve as a team member/leader, work without supervision. Be able to install, test, repair, inspect, modify & maintain all types of electrical/electronic equipment. Be able to install, repair, calibrate, test and adjust any type of integrating, indicating or recording electrical or electronic instruments. Be able to troubleshoot and repair all equipment pertaining to the control of processes indicating pressure, flow, weight, combustion to include variable speed AC and DC motor Drives and Programmable Logic Controllers (Experience with Reliance or Siemens will be considered a plus). Be able to troubleshoot and repair communication, closed circuit television, radio control, backup and restore personal computers of any vintage, computer peripherals and similar systems. Be willing to work shifts, weekends and overtime in a mill environment.
