Electronic Technician

NORDYNE, a leader in the design and manufacturer of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, is seeking an Electronic Technician for its manufacturing operations in Dyersburg, Tennessee. The position, reporting to the Facilities Manager, will have responsibilities for performing various maintenance duties (preventive, repair, replace, relocate, etc.) as needed, modify equipment, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as needed, install electrical conduit and pull wires for projects, install piping for production gases and compressed air systems, work with outside contractors/technicians as needed, make repairs or modifications to the physical facilities using power and hand tools, and perform other duties as assigned to maintain production efficiency and to meet operational goals.

Requirements call for an Associates degree in Electric/Electronics and a strong working knowledge of computer operated machines/equipment, seven years of experience in a manufacturing environment and obtain and maintain NORDYNE P.I.T. certification.
